Can't help you on the flip links sorry - don't know what they are, let alone how to do them. Interesting take on The Kick Inside, a song that I never thought would be covered. Who is it? Collins? Covington? I don't like it very much I have to say - the shmalltzy Fender Rhodes-y laid back jazz bar vibe doesn't do much for me in this case, and is at odds with the sheer drama of the song. Worthwhile effort though.. Lovely duet with Gabriel, and new to me I must confess. Sounds quite early.. To these ears at least, Peter Gabriel is one of the few artists that can come close to Kate in crafting songs of such delicacy, intimacy and poignancy. ( The "one of your children" line is a bit cringe-worthy though..) Thanks for posting these links AT

Can't help you on the flip links sorry - don't know what they are, let alone how to do them. I used to know, but haven't done one in a while. It would help disguise the source of the material for trivia questions. 'Somebody else? It was Julie Covington. (good observation) What degree of involvement did Kate have? '79 as I recall reading. As far as being cringeworthy, I have no room to even point those episodes out. I still feel sophomoric sometimes in my writing, but have determined that if it's from the heart, just to let it go. No problem. If this gets anymore attention, I'll post more along these lines.

What degree of involvement did Kate have? Sorry, no idea. Other than being the writer and it can't be that easy - production?

Sorry, no idea. Other than being the writer and it can't be that easy - production? It's not really a trick question. See I'm not sure myself (from what I read from the source material). So it's as much for my own edification as for any other reason.

Sorry, I don't see the connection here Who are they? She is a huge fan of Kate Bush (she does a cover of ''Top of the City'' etc). I have corresponded with her via e-mail. I expect her to visit us soon. She would be a talented addition to our forum. A mutual link would be good for both parties. Check out the mp3 links on this week's ''Moment's of Pleasure'' setlist. ; You can hear the influence of Kate Bush, Tori Amos as well as heavy metal and jazz undercurrents.
