Kate's "TMWTCIHE" is track one on the Sept. 2003 mix by DJ Andy Smith (Portishead). "He's here" starts off this funk hip-hop club mix. I haven't heard it yet, but the title is "Document II" It has 70 seconds of Kate singing with "thumping" instrumentals provided by Craig B. (sacrilege? ) This is the second addition of Kate Bush material in recent months (reference Tricky's "Back To Mine") So I guess Kate did make a Sept. '03 release date.

"The Man With The Child in His Eyes" doesn't need a "thumping' instrumental backgound!

TMWTCIHE in a hiphop song? It doesn't work for me somehow. Why don't these rap artists start creating their own music instead of using everybody else's. I know it's only sampling, but just once I'd like to see if some of these "genius" rap artists would be capable of making a recording using all their own original compositions. Maybe there are a few. It's not like I listen to it anyway.

August. I actually heard the song for the first time today. It is more than just sampling. The first 40 seconds or so is Kate's original material. Then the next 30 seconds are her being backed by a drum machine beat. The result is not as offensive as I thought. Maybe a new audience will investigate Kate's other work. I would like to know how Kate feels about the use of the song, because I'd want to be paid if I were her. Either for the name dropping, or the (perceived) damage to the song. Grammer quiz.....find the mistake and explain.
