The next album which we're visiting is Kate's second, 'rush-released' album, "Lionheart". As with previous rounds, vote off your two least favourite tracks with an explination as to whether you dislike the track enough to vote it off, or why you like it but not quite as much as some of the others. Your choices are of course the album's tracklist: Symphony In Blue In Search Of Peter Pan Wow Don't Push Your Foot On The Heartbrake Oh England My Lionheart Fullhouse In The Warm Room Kashka From Baghdad Coffee Homeground Hammer Horror Come along and eat the music! You have until Friday 8th August to vote.

My votes: *In The Warm Room* *Kashka From Baghdad* I love these tracks when I listen to them, its not what I put the album on for though. She is needed for the symphony!

"In the Warm Room" is the only track that I'm willing to vote off this week. So there! The lyrics are suggestive and sensual; I just don't care for the pace and melody as compared to the rest. I like the remaining songs equally, except for my two favorites, which I will reveal later. (Sto' tends to shoot them down early if I give him the chance )

Thanks NEO for the quick response Al', you got away with just voting one off in the first round, but you promised not to do it again! I'm afraid I'm going to have to put you in a warm isolated room with access only to Backstreet Boys albums unless you vote another song off I'm going to place an early bet that your two favourites are "Symphony In Blue" and "Hammer Horror"! In which case I wouldn't dream of voting either off...yet!

I was prepared for this eventuality, so I've been listening this morning. to vote off one more. I guess "In Search of Peter Pan" must go. Parts of it I love and part of it reminds me of a Walt Disney promo. She must really love Peter Pan though. How many songs can you name with that character mentioned? Oh yeah, "Hammer Horror" J/K I won't reveal my favorites until they come under fire. But "Kashka" is one of the top three. So someone cancel out the negative vote from NEO OK?

d**n, I just wrote this message out and when I pressed "Send" it went to "This page cannot be displayed" and I lost it all Oh well, here I go again... * Kashka From Baghdad - Sorry Al' I usually skip this one when it comes on, but recently I've been listening to it more and enjoying it more. I still think it's the least best ( ) on the album and has to go. I actually prefer the demo! * Fullhouse - I like it, but I just don't think it quite reaches its full potential. It's a little too similar to "...Foot On The Heartbrake" (lyrically, at least...ok, so they both mention driving ), except not quite as good! Al', thanks for complying I don't think it's so much that Kate loves Peter Pan (she may do) but it does fit in really well with the whole idea of the protagonist not wanting to grow up. Only Peter Pan knows how he feels! I love theWalt Disney "promo" at the end, it slots in so nicely! Thanks for the vote Lori - but how can all you guys be so cruel to "In The Warm Room"?

Dammn! spellcheck that ProBoards. See what I mean? From now on Sto', I vote AFTER you. I will agree though that I prefer the demo over the 'warbling' in the finished version. Well yeah. The concept of Peter Pan (never growing old) was what I meant. In what two other songs does she mention the character?

Don't worry, I was gonna vote "Kashka" off whatever you voted! Sorry about the Peter Pan thing, I completely misunderstood you "Oh England My Lionheart" is one that she mentions Peter in and I'll think of the other one soon....!

"In the Warm Room" That one is easy. I agree, it's too slow. Now it gets hard, but I'm regretfully gonna go with "Symphony in Blue" I LOVE the lyrics, but the music has this, how do I describe it?. oompa-loompa thing going on that works wonderfully in coffee Homeground but always seemed vaguely unsettling to me in Symphony in Blue. Its one of the songs that I would love to hear her remake now! That would be so cool.

Thanks for the vote, Sheila, it's appreciated! I love your "oompa-loompa" description too It does work well in "CH" because the track is comical anyway, but I think it's more subtle in "Symphony"!

It is more subtle in S.I. B., but it didn't seem appropriate in the song at all to me. I love all the songs (almost) the same, I'm already grabbing at straws and it is only round one!

I really love 'S.I.B' The pace and cadence are so unique. The only part I don't care for is the pun at the end.
