I first heard kate one night about 19 years ago when I was studying for my inter cert exams (O Levels). Dave Fanning played it on his "2FM" radio show and I just stopped what I was doing to listen to the song. It was the first time that a piece of music had grabbed me like that -( I was only 15 at the time) "Let me steal this moment for you now Come on angel, c'mon, c'mon darling Let's exchange the experience" Well she certainly stole that moment for me. The following day I went into the Record store in Tralee to buy the new Kate Bush album. Sadly, at the time, the variety and scope of music in Roxy Records wasn't great- and the best I could do was Never For Ever on cassette. Hmm said I, this is probably going to be crap! Well I played it, and what can I say, Delius, The wedding list, Violin ... It blew me away! on that day the obsession began. Nowadays I'm replacing my vinyls (TKI, Lionheart & The Dreaming) and cassettes (everything else up to TSW) with CD's so I can stick 'em in the car and on the PC. And im looking to replace my worn out VHS tapes of The Whole Story and The Single File with DVD's. I guess that'll keep me goin till the new album!. Cheers >>BBFM<<

RUTH's direct appeal for consideration made for a compelling track indeed. Even now it remains an essential message and will continue to do so until we manage a better understanding of each other.
Welcome to the forum BBFM, hope to see you around here.
