The wraith reaches for the planet and it's links with (her) life. More dead than alive, one last fantasy? Or has the character crossed into the spectral realm.. The cobalt blue on the edge of space and of the pre-dawn and oh, how cold she is..
"With just one hand held up high.."
Unlike some of the others. this image IS exactly how I visualised the penultimate chapter of the story.

My first thought here: the picture is hung on it's side. Actually not a bad execution, what I miss however is the message about how brittle the earth is (that's at least the message I pick up from the song). I am open for discussion on this point.

My first thought here: the picture is hung on it's side. It's funny come to mention that. That hadn't even crossed my mind. But I think just my spinning it 45ยบ, it would lose it's entire effect and eeriness. Well thought up I say.

It kinda looks like Cyndi Lauper to me.

There was always something weird about this one. I think the artist captured allot of the song, but the painting seems off. The hand, to me, looks wrong, I don't know why. But also, it looks at if Kate is looking past the world, as if she has spotted something better in the distance. Maybe it's intentional, maybe I have missed something in the song, but there you go.
