I used to Mat. They sound a bit dated to me now. But, whatever floats you boat is O.K. You might try listening to ''Seed" , an Album by Afro Celts. There are some wonderful midieval sounding flute passages therein.

I always enjoyed 'em, but never bought a record.
They were/still are innovative and should be applauded for that if nothing else..

A manfriend of mine who is very into listening to, cataloguing and collecting music, recently sent me some oldies that I missed the first time around.
Matanchik I'd imagine you inhabit a similar musical world to him...........lets see........
Jethro Tull "Broadsword and the Beast" Iron Butterfly "Metamorphosis" Roger Waters "Amused to Death" David Sylvian "Gone to Earth" The Cult "Beyond good and Evil" John Martyn "On the Cobbles"
I think listening 'retro'spectifly put you in a place that, if the memories were good, it's nice to return to.
Jethro Tull give me that 'dancing round the Maypole' vibe and it's not so bad - jolly jolly morris dancers and real ale.
