I love Tori's new stuff! This album is better than the Beekeeper which I loved! How exciting it is discovering it. Thx 4 the links.

I've actually heard the whole album, and i quite like big wheel, it's definitely not one of her best song but it's really fresh and new from everything she's done so far. I love her new album, there are some songs on it that i think are a bit filler material, but most of the songs on it range from very good to amazing, especially the extra tracks. i love the live tracks too but i like their studio versions better

Another new album by a grizzled veteran, and one that I am currently listening to, is Bjork's Volta. I was quite surprised by it in that I like it. My favs are Declare Independence and Vertebrae by Vertibrae. i think I'll soon queue up Post again. Perhaps I'm "getting it" at last? EDIT: Beekeeper is a good album.

I've yet only heard earth intruders, wanderlust and declare independence (live version), my favorite from them is earth intruders, i think it's her. best single in years we can argue whether TBK is a good album or not, but there's no doubt that Doll Posse is still much better now listening: CocoRosie - Rainbowarriors just discovered them, very interesting. one of the singers got a voice quite similar to Joanna newsom but even weirder

My clear favorite at this point is Declare independence. Great! I look forward to hearing it! Yeah, I used to listen them quite a bit but got burned out. Still, it is an interesting band.

Bjork - Dull Flame of Desire
just bought volta, some songs still need to grow on me but this one is my absolute favorite, i think it's one of bjork's best ballads, though probably without Antony it wouldn't be nearly as good

My fav song is Declare Independence but overall amazing describes the album as a whole. For the record: Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - Abbatoir Blues

Ansaphone by Pulp. It was the b-side to their 1996 single Disco 2000. Jarvis is generally a brilliant lyricist but the lyrics on this one are not the best. However, all you have to do is hear the heartbreaking descending chords on the Roland Juno 6 and you'll love it
