Whether this is your first visit, or your an old friend checking in; please read over the old posts. Dig one up for rehashing if you'd like; but please post. This is becoming a very enjoyable board to be a part of. Thanks for stopping by!

Here-here. I'll second that AT. I do think it's very enjoyable, but still would love to see more members here and posting. Also a good idea to dig up old posts as you've said already

Welcome 'Applicantree'. Please tell me that you are not a trojan-spammer. Your name scares me.

Hi, everyone. Been stuck in oil country, outside of Bakersfield Ca.. Wonderful politics. Actually met someone who had heard of Kate. Made me happy for, oh, I don't know, for a month at least. Met someone else who was a big fan of Tommy Bolin (another favorite of mine) and so I thought maybe I had actually found the Emerald City, but I was wrong. Watch "The Best Of Times" with Kurt Russell and Robin Wiliams. That was a highlight of Taft--where I was--but not a great movie (even though I worked on the house shown in the film). Otherwise, I was in a musical, lyrical and idealogical wasteland. April (and every other month) was the cruelist month, but nothing grew. Love you all. Michael

Hi Michael. It's always nice for us "new faces" to meet one of the "old faces" around here. I haven't met any Kate fans in Amsterdam yet, although I have at least met people who have heard of her! --Paul--

I feel your pain about people not having heard of Kate Bush - around where I live, they either don't know or somehow were under the impression that she is dead. Thankfully they're wrong, but I can't find anyone else who listens to her! Except here. And welcome back, I hope you find a way out of your 'musical, lyrical and idealogical wasteland.' This place can be a fertile source of inspiration and good ideas. ;D

Well, I'm back in San Diego. It's my hometown, but it's not really much better. It never really was. Chardonnay and "Smooth Jazz." I can drink Chardonnay, but.... Anyway, I have a youtube account and I'm really impressed with the stuff that has been put on there recently of Kate's. Unless they are somehow violating copywrights. Then I am not impressed. However, there are a number of people who love her so much, they need to be a part of our forum. Check out the videos and some of the live stuff and the comments. Hi Al. Almost made it to Tennessee. Will do it soon. All my love.
