Kate doesn't seem to do anything accidentally (well I don't think she intended to lose her top at the 81 Prince's Trust concert! ) so my question is--although I understand they are graduation gowns with dunce caps instead of graduation hats, was the Klu Klux Klan resemblance at all intended even (or especially) on a sarcastic, ironic level? For bonus points: diagram the above sentence.

When I view this video, I get the assumption that things going her way ought to be thrown in her lap. In comparison, as if something were a snake, it would have bitten you. As for the graduation gowns, the ideology behind the caps has never struck me as Anti-Semitism. I think it's just another silly costume such as the jesters dancing around. You know, another way of suggesting the ability to have your cake and eat it too. Such as having everything sitting in your lap. Did that make sense? lol
