Hey everyone, I thought I'd apologise for my recent absence (I hope you all missed me ;D) and give a little explanation as to why I've not been around so much... Well, recently, my parents (both doctors) decided they thought I had some sort of anxiety disorder, due to my constant paranoia. Luckily, I don't. Apparently I have to stop letting my friends get me down so much. But I've been to a psychiatrist and been checked-up and I'm in full working order. Those cogs are still a-turning! So how is everyone? I didn't get my chance to vote-off "Watching You Without Me"

Nice to see you back RT. A once over with the Doc is never a bad thing - glad to hear that you are "both thumbs up"

Glad to see you back RT! Normal is WAY over-rated. But good mental health is as or more important than physical fitness. It is reported that taking from 2 - 4K mg of Salmon Oil (gel-caps) daily helps the body produce natural serotonin. That along with vitamins B-12 and C keeps my mood and energy level high all day. Ask your doctor. (or your parents )
