A shameless plug from a regular? I want to post this in case any of you were interested in my painting style. It's a bitch to download (you may have to hit "refresh" a couple times to get it all) but my coolest cousin (who is a Kate fan, he just doesn't know it yet... ) put together this online fanzine and if you dig visual art at all it's totally worth a look! Some of the submissions are BRILLIANT! I painted page 41, if anyone cares...My cousin painted the cover... www.transitstudios.com/zine.htmI wouldn't do a shameless plug unless I really thought this was worth a look. You beleive me, don't you?

Regulars get to plug away. You're right, there are a lot of wonderful pieces to be discovered here, including your's Sheila. Be sure and show it to your analyst.

Hey I figured out how to insert an image! Well, that was quite easy actually. Well, anyway, that's my painting. You have to turn your head at a 90 degree angle to see it. (is there a way to flip it? ) The painting is called "Whipmarks One". I should have done this earlier but I didn't know how. Sorry.

Sheila, I saved the image and rotated it 90 degrees with my image preview feature. I do get a different perspective. At first I saw turmoil and chaos, now I see a woman's sillouette and then turmoil and chaos. I love it!

It's fantastic Sheila - i'm not as clued up on PCs as AT, so I just tilted my head.. I love being a musician, but I REALLY do wish I could paint & draw. But I do know enough to see that you have a talent. Here's a pic I used on a post earlier - looks like it applies equally well to you..

At first I saw turmoil and chaos, now I see a woman's sillouette and then turmoil and chaos. I love it! The only thing the interpretations of this painting have in common is their lack of anything in common! ;D My best friend thinks this is the most serene painting I've ever done! Gives you an idea of the level of turmoil and chaos in my other work. Thanks Adey! Whether or not the word "talent" can be used to describe me, it's always great to hear someone say it!
