This is so weird. Lift your right foot about a foot off the ground and keep turning your leg clockwise. At the same time write the number 6 in the air with your right hand. Your leg will automatically start turning the other way and there is nothing you can do about it.

I have very good control over my extremities.

have you ever tried the circle&square trick?
whilst standing,with your left hand draw an imaginary square in the air,then with you other hand attempt to draw an imaginary circle. Unless you can control the movements,your left arm willl start going all over the shop.

I managed the first one, but the first time I tried, my leg started going the other way. Going to try to master the square circle one now ;D These are fun

on the special features of the Rush Hour dvd,there is a sequence where Jackie Chan does the circle&square trick flawlessly.
