The information you have shared, as well as your views, have been extreme. A dim view is taken, if I can speak for the character and tone of my friends, of presenting opinion or theory as presumed fact. Extremists on both sides of the issues are the problem. The truth lies in the middle where people can find common ground. Take a look at yourself. The information you've shared may be over-the-top to some of us. Yet it all comes across as some pompous edicts from a seemingly paranoid point of view. No harm intended. 'Just my take. "Thought that is silenced is always rebellious. Majorities, of course, are often mistaken. This is why the silencing of minorities is necessarily dangerous. Criticism and dissent are the indispensable antidote to major delusions." ~ Alan Barth Thanks for the quote. It is appropriate. My intention was not to silence you, but to point out where you are and who you are addressing. The thread you chose to respond on was one to honor and remember souls that died in London. You spat on those who are appalled at your fanaticism. You disgraced the memory of those souls. And you have the audacity to claim you bring truth. In your extreme view - that you have no use for sheep - you have no credibility with me. You start from a premise that takes you in the wrong direction. It is these kinds of precepts that you find in ''Pull Out the Pin ' You're striking violence up in me" If your view is that a secret society is embarking on a new world order, then I suggest you pick the right side. By whatever means necessary is futile battle cry. Your ideas will be squashed like a pesky gnat. To decry that western society is the culprit in the world's trouble is deluded. Freedom is the answer not the problem. Because here you (not you but your idea's) are free to be the pesky gnat that you are. note* Blather away, I'm done engaging you on numerology (over 10 billion good things have happened coincidently as well on 9/11's) and your extremism. I suspect everyone else will do the same. But..they are free to do so. Thank (somebody's) god.

But I would also chose Wiccan even though I do not follow the tradition. I did right away Al, They'll be here any minute to straighten this mess up. I want a second vote!!

To decry that western society is the culprit in the world's trouble is deluded. E guess E should blame thee drought & war ravaged contintent ov Africa and 900 million chinese living on a few dollars a day for thee world's troubles! power and domination only increases in proportion to ignorance. Freedom is the answer not the problem. Because here you (not you but your idea's) are free to be the pesky gnat that you are. Oh yeah! that's right! america is thee only country allowed to have thee internet! E better snail mail that fact to thee 500 million folks downloading unreleased hollywood films around thee world! Thee world was never like what we americans were led to believe Al, we have been sold a fairytale our whole life, E guess you still believe that columbus discovered america, thee indians came to thee first thanksgiving & puritians came here to escape religious persecution and this is thee best place in thee world to live cause we slaughtered a race ov others for it just to be free! unfurl your flag at someone else Al it's bullshit! power and domination only increases in proportion to ignorance. note* Blather away, I'm done engaging you on numerology (over 10 billion good things have happened coincidently as well on 9/11's) and your extremism. I suspect everyone else will do the same. But..they are free to do so. Thank (somebody's) god. name a few ? especially thee one's that were world altering

You are really getting on my nerves. Please start this on your own thread. Anyone that wishes to respond may do so. Go try spewing this sh!t in China or Saudi Arabia. They'd throw you in jail or cut your head off for this kind of dissent. Freedom is the answer. You sir are as ignorant as any other powerless soul who must fend for themselves. Yet you are free to wave your fists. E guess E should blame thee drought & war ravaged contintent ov Africa and 900 million chinese living on a few dollars a day for thee world's troubles! Blame who you wish. Warlords. Ignorance, Greed, Corruption. The U.S. and Great Britain have provided more aid to Africa than the rest of the world combined. It is their government not ours that has squandered the money. The Chinese are oppressive and apparently have way too much sex. I hate to simplify the situations. But the answers are complex. I believe that Tony Blair cares. George Bush, on the other hand, is only doing what he must. But there is accountability. Bush will be gone soon, as will his influence. The kind of power you have assigned him and his supposed cohorts would take a conspiracy of awesome proportion. Freedom and truth are what creates power. If you believe that good will triumph over evil you must promote freedom and justice. You can do so here (in the western world) not in regimes that are authoritarian and ruthless. How clever and smug. Try freely expressing yourself with the kind of defiance you are allowed here in the face of leadership in a third world country. I only buy what I consider truth or the best alternative. I promote love and peace one on one. That is more powerful than you can imagine. Your insult notwithstanding. You want me to accept blame for my ancestors. I will not. I am not a flag waver. My opposition to right-wing policies are documented here. I am a left leaning moderate. convinced that special interests run the show. However, your socialist left wing agenda is equally repellent. Your insults and pomposity sicken me. Use your power of persuasion then. I am not as ignorant as you think. And you have yet to persuade me. You may in fact be right on a few things. However, your calculations are on balance wrong. Not only ignorant but malevolent as well (IMHO). note* Blather away, I'm done engaging you on numerology (over 10 billion good things have happened coincidently as well on 9/11's) and your extremism. I suspect everyone else will do the same. But..they are free to do so. Thank (somebody's) god. Every child born on that day has changed the world more profoundly than that cowardly act of murder, whomever pulled the trigger, on 9/11/03. A hundred thousand miracles take place every year on that date. I chose to celebrate life rather than wring my hands about the coincidences in numbers and paranoid fear. I will delete this post in due time. Sorry for the continuation of acrimony. FAIR WARNING: I will delete any rants on this or any other board that disrupts the flow and essence of what this forum means to us all. This is a forum about Kate Bush and how art and beauty lift the soul...... But in fairness to truth and expression, rants must be confined to their own thread. Members can then decide to ignore or ban such expressions and practices if deemed inappropriate by the staff here.

And steering us back to the question before the thread was hijacked..Out of these, I voted Bohemian. Strictly part time of course, usually at the weekend.. Actually, I'm slightly alarmed to note just how conventional I've become..

Like Al, I have an agnostic view.. even before the recent happenings which for some reason have been turned into something religious (and I am not only talking about islam related happenings, also happenings invoked by christian countries and others... just to be clear)

Perhaps I was ambiguous. I am more prognostic than agnostic, Cor. Spiritually decisive, but not at all religious - and altruistic ideally.

I'm not quite a wiccan, but I think that's the closest you'll get to me.
