I was very saddened to learn the news of Adrian's sudden and untimely passing. I first encountered him in the Fender group (the one linked to above) and it was he who invited me to join this group. I did not know him extemely well, but from our online interactions he seemed like a truly kind, thoughtful and intelligent human being. I will be sure to keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers.

I never met Adey in person but I loved him as a real friend. He was kind and considerate yet strong in his beliefs. I have a pain in my chest and tears in my eyes learning of his passing. So young. I can only console myself in the belief his soul is moving on to other experiences..fair well in other realms Adey, may your music live on unending...

I still can't believe it.

How shocking ... he seemed to be such a great guy. Condolences to Mrs Adey too.
I've been overseas for the last two weeks and so have only just heard the sad news on my return. He will be missed.

I had hoped this was a clever gotcha title. Well, what I most remember about Adey is his mentions of the ferrets... I could picture him tolerating the creatures in order to keep Mrs. Adey happy. That's my impression anyway...

I only just saw this. How terribly sad. Adey always seemed like such a lovely and caring man, and I'm sure he'll be a big loss to his family, friends and the online communities he touched. RIP.

I read this back when it was posted, by I was at a loss for words. I liked him very much. He was nice to me from the get go. I only knew him from this site, but he was truly a cornerstone here. So kind, patient and considerate.

So kind, patient and considerate. Coincidentally I was thinking of Adey just yesterday. I was a true friend and an honorable, talented and genuinely kind human being. He was a fixture here. Thanks for commenting my friend.
