This cryptic endeveor is just for a lark Having my fun keeping you guys in the dark Examine this closely and see if you find A pattern of clues that might help you divine Unknown bits of data that soon may appear To reveal who is trying to be so unclear However it'd be easy to discover this ruse Of a feeble attempt to scatter some clues Regarding the author of this little poem In spite of the fact that most of you know him So try and unravel this trite little ditty And share with us all and show him no pity Linger no longer and post your reply The answer to this little cute lie Revealing to all the culprit himself Uncover his effort to practice his stealth End this charade but this you must do Show to the others how you unraveled the clues The answer's so easy - you know what to do.  ;D |

soothes my aching soul

soul searching another.

than anyone could hope for
I see a light that no one sees

in no time at all we remember, there is only US.
An infinite One expressed at all points aware or not.

Initially:THE AUTHOR IS AL TRUEST as in my comment led (leading) the line.. the initial letter leading each line..Perhaps my answer/explanation was more cryptic than your puzzle - but I didn't want to completely spoil the game for those people who might also be playing.. |

Oh the game is still afoot. The new entries have messages as well. The first was just a simple test, which you of course solved. But I strictly speaking am not Al Truest. And please, since it's my game, let me be the cryptic one and provide specificity in your responses. |

Correction: 11=Trinity....................US  get your own thread. btw each new poem will get more difficult to solve. The last two are also quite easy, but no one has responded yet. The author (or inspiration) and the clues will be related. |

Since this thread died, I'll go ahead and answer this one. Al is the author, or maybe Iago. It is a bit of a sausage poem in that each word in the first line begins subsequent line. |
