I like the matching avatars Paul & Sheila. Anyway... I wanted to share this with you. Everytime I hear a particular song on this CD, I think about you two now. You probably don't know the song, and I know Sheila can't hear it, but I hope you'd like it enough from the lyrics to attempt to hear it someday. Sheila and I have similar taste, so she'll probably like it. It has a nice romantic and exuberant lilt to the melody. Alison Moyet, Wishing You Were Here from the album Hoodoo I can't begin to tell you how it feels It's a clear blue sky Out here my heart so full it's fit to burst Just counting the hours Home, such a long way gone How to share a day, here's my only way Send myself to you Wishing you were here I can't begin to tell you where I've been It's a world behind And if we are to find our heaven here We just have to look harder Now I can see you I never could before, now I want nothing more When I close my eyes Wishing you were here Home such a long way gone How to share a day, here's my only way When I close my eyes Wishing you were here I can't begin to tell you how it feels... I can't seem to find an audio file for this anywhere. I'll keep looking.

I'll see if I can download the track, although like you said Sheila may find it difficult seeing as she doesn't have sound on her pc. Still, I suppose she could always locate the track someother way? I'm actually stuck for words here..... Thank you Xanadu. You're too kind.

WOW! Here is something you do not come across on a message board often. Kate's work seems to have a positive effect on people, and if it brings them together in a special way such as this, then all I can say is 'Top Banana' ;D Congratulations Sheila and Paul. I wish you the best for the future.

Nice song. Well, I hope that means you liked it at least a little. She may not be to everyone's taste, but it is a good song. Oddly, a very positive, romantic song for this album, since most of it is fairly down with love. Anyway, after I heard the news and was listening to this album, I thought about the two of you wanting to meet. The idea of closing your eyes and sending your spirit to the other, whose so far away, and in your imagination it can be so real. And maybe the anticipation in the hours of travel before the meeting. Well, I guess it just hit me when I was thinking about this, and I hope you don't mind.
