one day I was just seeing how many Kate boards and forums I could find. Just out of curiousity, what was the result? I know of very few forums come to think of it And thanks for the compliment 1) Us 2) Homeground 3) @forumz 4) 9th Wave French 5) 9th Wave Proboards 6) Kate Bush Forum (John) 7) MSN Group 8) Babooshka There are more - active and inactive. This one, I think, is the best because it isn't fan worship so much as it is the common ground we all share in our pursuit of enlightenment and fulfillment.

Let's see (I'm going to repeat some of the above)
1) This one 2) Homeground 3) Lovehounds/rec.music.gaffa 4) katebushforum.com 5) The Morning Fog (French) 6) The 9th Wave Proboards 7) Six MSN groups, only two of which seem active (A search lists eight, but two are gone) 8) 25 Yahoo groups, of which only 4 or 5 seem active (I don't call groups that are filled with spam "active").
Plus, just about any commercial music site that has boards for artists (and most of them do) there's a Kate board, most of which aren't worth the time.
I think the 9th Wave French forum (in fact, the whole site) is down. Also, I can't seem to find Babooshka anywhere.
So that's a dozen active Kate forums for you (at least)!

Matt's Kate Bush Forum katebushforum.com, is OK with a surprisngly large membership (1000 & a bit) but a low post count that doesn't touch us.
The Sensual World is the only real game in Town..

Grr, how rude, am I invisible or something? Or is it simply not worth the mention. Anyhow, i also have a Kate forum, I was hoping someone would mention it so I wouldn't have to. It might be new and all, but still...

What is your forum? The more the merrier, I say!
Also, I'm not saying the forums I found were GOOD (a couple that I found that haven't had a post in a year or more I didn't even bother to list), but some of them I quite like.

I was thinking of exclusively Kate forums, but you're right I did forget.

Yeah, I was just counting Kate-only fora, too. There are several "Kate and (Peter Gabriel | Tori | Backstreet Boys (OK, I'm kidding about that one) | Whatever)" fora. And several "Female artists", "British artists", "Female British artists", etc. fora. While these may be fine fora, I didn't count these fora for my purposes.
I just thought I'd share this because I like saying "fora".

I don't think anybody has deliberately omitted your very new site W.HI.P, which I understand to cover 3 artists rather than 1.
I like the word "fora" too. If it's not a real word already, then it should be made so without delay..

Seeing as how it's latin, "Fora" should be the plural of "Forum" in the U.K. as well.

My boyfriend has a strong liking to Kate Bush, so I was curious to know about her. At first, I didn't care for the way she sang... but she is presently growing on me. I've been listening to some of her music and found myself liking her style. She puts so much feeling into her songs... like she's really trying to get her message across. Plus, she's a dancer! Dancers rule.

Her lyrics and movements when combined with her unabashed commitment to the work make her a remarkable talent.
