But sometimes....if you mix mud with ice cream. People often mix dog breeds. For awhile anything with a poodle was put in newspaper ads. Pek-apoo, cock-apoo etc. It got riduculous. Somehow though we reach a point of diminishing returns. A Bassett-poo would just not work. True. However, some brainstorming generates creations that would have never seen the light of day had there not been some ridiculous seeming visualisations. If you mix mud and ice cream? Mississippi Mud Pie Ice Cream!

A touch of mud adds an earthy flavor. ;D Have any of you even listened yet. ? Are you guys afraid that if you (God-forbid) enjoy something with a country accent that you might start to find your cousin attractive. Plus no one has mentioned Mickey Hart's " Drum Planet" That is not country at all. Depending on what country you're from. Seriously though, Zan has opened a relelevant tangent that I would like to see discussed more. I'm anxious to persue that line of thought.

Has any one listened to Mickey Hart's Drum Planet yet? The "Supralingua" CD is the best.

This board seems to have about a 2 week shelf life. So it will be bi-monthly starting Feb1. Make your comments here before then, or suggest a theme.

By subject matter/lyrics, or by the sound of the song, or does it not matter? I have an idea for a theme, but let me know first ;D

This is a very subjective method that I use. It is usually based on the music in my collection, or new stuff that I hear. I try to work in songs that complement or show the influence of Kate Bush's work. Not Kate Clone's, but how she has opened doors for me and my philosophical journey, and how her influence may have impacted other artists. I'm all ears.
