Matanchik is really from Israel. How cool is that? He may be the youngest Kate follower here!

xanadu probably took her name from the plant xanadu philondron Mat makes unfounded assumptions. If you dig deeper - Zan, originally Xanadu 76, you will find - has an affinity for movies. A particular favorite of hers is "Xanadu" There is, and I regret I can't remember the tie , also a link to '76 and the Samuel Taylor Coleridge poem "The Road to Xanadu"..... You know - In Xanadu did Kublai Khan a stately pleasure-dome decree: Where Alph, the sacred river ran through caverns measureless to man down to a sunless sea.... and so on, as you may know. If not Google! Cheers to you Al for remembering so much of it, and for Mat for trying. "Xanadu" is for so many things using the word. My first exposure to it was the 1980 film, then later as Charles Foster Kane's home in "Citizen Kane" (Welles bio was later titled "Road to Xanadu"), then the Coleridge poem, then the futuristic home. I realized I loved the idea of it and the ironic mythology that seems to follow each incarnation. Back to the game... WHIP has long dark hair... I assume from his photo.

Well, Al said Jen's hotlink. The only person fitting that description is Jena (passion). Unless we have a new member called Jen? If that's the case, then I apologise. But, you can't really blame me for getting defensive if it is Jena I dont know WTF you're talking about.

At first, I though you dumped my little fairy girl but I can see that she's still there. Some of my friends call me Jen. It's all good, Al. Just a slight misunderstanding. It's hot in Tennessee this summer, is it not?

Apparently. ;D Someone posted as a 'guest' with the name Jennifer. In my response I shortened it to 'Jen' I was unaware you had the same nickname. Oh well, NBD. Sweltering. But I've been to New Orleans when it was even more humid than here.

Guilty as charged, done to suggest and invite continuation. Never 3 dots though, that would just be vulgar.. FF is the new face of an ex-member, who remembered where home was.

Plays the Theramin.
And I am guilty as charged of ending most my posts with three dots. But I won't do it with this one...
