There are no votes for 'The Dreaming' - you didn't vote for the wrong one again did you? Hehe Lori, you know what though? how can you pick? They are all amazing in their own unique ways. The Dreaming had some amazing light effects done in it that i still have not seen to this day in anything else. I'm going for the technical point of view here cuz I have a degree in filmmaking. Would you like chips with that? Thank you drive through. (oh i don't remember drive-thus in London. Altruest, I think this joke is only to you then. I'm trying to not be so American. Sorry all! ENGLAND RULES!)

Does many of Kate's b-side's have music video's to go with them? There is some thing where she did December will be magic again sitting on a wicker chair playing bongoes for Top of the Pops or something like that back in 1980 or 1981--I wish I had it. But that is the only b-side i know of her doing a video. Hope that helps. --Sheila

ENGLAND RULES!) Well the only thing I can pick up from that is that you're connected to the 'net on a laptop and were currently driving through a drive thru (maybe McD's, mmmmm). LoL. Or maybe it is just for you US guys, hehe And yeah! I have that version of 'December Will be Magic Again'. Well, not that exact version. She's sitting in a wicker chair and she's wearing red but there are no bongo's and I don't think it's for TOTP's.

Thanks for digging this post up. I had somehow missed Sheila's drive-thru comment. ;D I believe she's saying that a degree in filmaking can often translate into fast food employment. That is so true of the music business as well. Here in Nashville we have waiters and truck drivers who can sing beautifully. You should be so lucky as to have the aspiring-star waitress sing happy birthday to you.

Sorry! I lost this thread! I used to have to sing happy birthday as a waitress! (if only someday to have other opportunities...) Lori, Al was right. When I said "would you like chips with that?" it is an American expression for saying that your College experience was a financial waste of time (but I learned a lot). It's all part of the evil Amercain money system. The term is "would you like fries with that?" but I changed "fries" to "chips" for Lori's benefit and all other English people here, I was trying to sound like I understood the Queen's English, but I guess that term is too american to change.
Lori, you have the December Will Be Magic Again thing? I remember she was wearing red. I just remember hearing bongoes not seeing them--but I only saw that video once about 12 years ago...I was just guessing about Top Of The Pops, I really don't know where it's from...

I'm so confused now, hehe. The term is "would you like fries with that?" but I changed "fries" to "chips" for Lori's benefit and all other English people here. I know what fries are. I worship McD's ;D

I have the "December" video! It's really fun how she wriggles around in that big chair! Excited about December and Christmas like a little girl! I voted for "Cloudbusting." But most of my faves aren't on the list. I just recently saw the video for "Delius" with her in the swan outfit (a little like Bjork ;D) but stunning. I loved that video, it was gaussian and romantic!

I can't pick one. Its a tie between "Babooshka" and "The Man With the Child in His Eyes." Both are some of the most erotic, sensual things I have ever seen.

My fave video would have to be Cloudbusting.I love how it is telling the story. From a Wiccan point of view I love The Sensual World. It's like Kate is the Goddess walking through her world in harmony with the elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water. The Wheel of the year, the cycle of the seasons.
Is it ok to be mad here? ;D
